It is intended to help prospective applicants navigate the sports infrastructure of higher education institutions (hereinafter referred to as “HEIs”) in Ukraine.
1.2. The Website Administration makes efforts to maintain the operation of the resource; however, it does not guarantee that the Website will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or be protected from external interference.
- DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY FOR THE ACCURACY AND CURRENCY OF DATA
2.1. All information regarding the availability of sports clubs, facilities and equipment, admission requirements, Olympic and non-Olympic sports, as well as other information about HEIs, is provided directly by representatives of the respective educational institutions or obtained from publicly available official sources of the HEIs.
2.2. The Website Administration shall not be liable for the correctness, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or legality of information provided by representatives of HEIs or third parties.
2.3. Sports infrastructure, admission rules, the list of sports disciplines, and other data within HEIs may be changed by the institutions themselves at any time. The Website Administration shall not be liable for changes to such information, its relevance at the time it is viewed by the user, or for any delay in updating the data on the Website.
2.4. Users of the Website (including applicants and their parents) are required to independently verify final, legally significant, and up-to-date information directly with admission committees or on the official websites of the relevant HEIs before making any decisions regarding admission.

3.1. Under no circumstances shall the Website Administration be liable to users or third parties for any direct, indirect, incidental damages, or loss of profits arising from the use or inability to use the Website, or from reliance on the information posted on this Website.
3.2. The Website Administration shall not be responsible for the content or security of third-party websites to which links may be posted on this Website (for example, official websites of ministries, foundations, or the HEIs themselves). Accessing any external links is at the user’s own risk.
