  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) defines the procedure for the collection, storage, processing, and use of information gathered during the use of the “Student Sports Map” website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), available at: https://www.sportosvita.com.ua/.

1.2. The Website Administration respects the confidential information of all persons visiting the Website and strives to ensure the maximum protection of personal data.

1.3. By using this Website, the user confirms their agreement with the terms of this Policy. If the user does not agree with the terms of the Policy, they must cease using the Website.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PHOTOGRAPHIC MATERIALS

2.1. All photographic materials, images, and graphic elements posted on the Website are the exclusive property of the Website Administration (or are used with the lawful consent of the authors) and are protected by copyright.

2.2. All photographs on the Website were taken by a professional photographer specifically for this project. Any copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of these photographic materials on other resources without the prior written permission of the Website Administration is strictly prohibited.

  1. INFORMATION ABOUT HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS AND ITS REMOVAL

3.1. The Website contains information about higher education institutions (HEIs) of Ukraine, their sports infrastructure, and sports disciplines for the purpose of informing prospective applicants.

3.2. The Website Administration respects the rights and interests of higher education institutions. If authorized representatives of an HEI do not wish information about their institution to be displayed on the Website, or require its correction, they have the right to submit a corresponding request to the Website Administration via email: info@presidentfund.gov.ua 

3.3. The Website Administration undertakes to review such a request and remove or amend information about the HEI within a reasonable period after confirmation of the applicant’s authority.

  1. COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF INFORMATION

4.1. When visiting the Website, technical information may be collected automatically (for example, IP address, browser type, operating system, date and time of the request, pages viewed). More details are provided in the Cookie Policy.

4.2. If the user independently contacts the Website Administration via email, the Administration may process the data provided in the message (name, email address, message text) solely for the purpose of responding to the inquiry.

4.3. The Website Administration does not transfer users’ personal data to third parties, except in cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine.

5.1. The Website Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Policy at any time. The new version of the Policy becomes effective from the moment of its publication on the Website. Users are advised to periodically review this page to familiarize themselves with the current terms.
