H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University

Work at the university is strategically executed across three core dimensions:

Specialized Professional Training: Developing education seekers within the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports, which has been operational since 1947.

General Physical Education: Managing physical workflows for students across all university departments during the current year, structured as 2 hours per week for the 1st and 2nd years of the Bachelor’s degree cycle.

Mass Sports and Wellness Operations: Active organization of and participation in municipal, regional, and all-Ukrainian athletic forums.

The university takes immense pride in its illustrious alumni who have competed as Olympians, including: Y. Poyarkov, V. Matushevas, L. Zhabotinsky, K. Kuryshko, V. Dolgov, O. Hvozdyk, K. Sadurska, K. Reznik, A. Savchuk, and many others. The institution has also trained renowned Paralympic champions and medalists, such as M. Piddubna, M. Lytovchenko, and Y. Breus.
