This very principle serves as a core pillar at the Khmelnytskyi Cooperative College of Trade and Economics, where physical education and the affirmation of a healthy lifestyle are an integral part of the educational workflow. The institute cares for the harmonious development of each student’s personality, instilling skills for an active, conscious attitude toward personal health, while securing spiritual, physical, and psychological fortitude.

The modern Sports and Wellness Complex (SWC), spanning an area of 1,133 square meters, stands as a genuine center for health, sports, and beauty. Ideal conditions are provided here for executing physical culture modules, alongside active sections in track and field, basketball, volleyball, chess, mini-football (futsal), table tennis, and other sports.

The KCCTE Sports and Wellness Complex serves not only as an instructional base for learning but also as a premier venue for numerous athletic events—encompassing municipal, regional, all-Ukrainian, and international tournaments. The institute has hosted the final stages of the All-Ukrainian Competitions in futsal, table tennis, and volleyball, the Championships of Ukraine in kettlebell lifting and rhythmic gymnastics, and the International Youth Boxing Tournament.

Annually, the institution celebrates “Olympic Week,” which features competitive tournaments in futsal, table tennis, and chess, alongside an “Olympic Lesson” featuring invited elite athletes, coaches, and prominent sports journalists. The patriotic-athletic festival “Cossack Games” (Kozatski Zabavy), traditionally held ahead of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Day, enjoys exceptional popularity among the student body.

KCCTE actively aligns with all-Ukrainian initiatives and wellness flashmobs designed to popularize active lifestyles. The campus regularly hosts open workouts, thematic sports days, morning fitness assemblies (rukhanky), sports-entertainment quests, solidarity runs in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and digital flashmobs dedicated to Physical Culture and Sports Day and World Health Day. These initiatives unite the student body around the concept of vibrant health.

The institute’s varsity teams consistently demonstrate high results in municipal and regional Spartakiads, competing side-by-side with the leading higher education institutions of the region. Entering these tournaments serves not only as a showcase of athletic mastery but also as a testament to the cohesion, purposeful drive, and collaborative team spirit of KCCTE students. The institute remains a dedicated space where youth not only obtain a high-quality education but also grow physically and spiritually, forging willpower, endurance, and a refined sports culture.
