Makarenko Sumy State Pedagogical University

The administration of the Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A.S. Makarenko consistently supports the development of mass sports, physical culture, and wellness workflows for higher education students. For many years, university athletes have proudly represented the institution at all-Ukrainian and international competitions. The student body and alumni network include winners and medalists of the Olympic and Deaflympic Games, World Universiades, and World and European Championships across diverse sports. Furthermore, several faculty members within the Makarenko Educational and Scientific Institute of Physical Culture hold the distinguished honorary title of Honored Coach of Ukraine.
