Athletic activities and operations at the institute are strictly organized in compliance with the orders, directives, and regulations of the State Emergency Service (SES) of Ukraine.
The institute attaches paramount importance to physical conditioning, which serves as a vital cornerstone in training future first responders and firefighters. One of the core specializations of the institution’s athletic lifecycle is Fire Applied Sports. Furthermore, the higher education institution has established and dynamically operates specialized sports sections in:
Track and field;
“The Strongest Firefighter-Rescuer” (Firefighter Combat Challenge) disciplines;
Wrestling and martial arts;
Power biathlons and strength multi-events;
Kettlebell lifting and polyathlon;
Futsal (mini-football), volleyball, and table tennis.
The institute’s combined varsity teams have repeatedly claimed victories and podium finishes at major international and all-Ukrainian competitions.
