With the aim of comprehensively fostering personal development, the university features the Department of Physical Education. Its operations constitute an essential component of the overarching program dedicated to shaping future professionals, focusing on the physical education and development of students in alignment with societal demands and their future careers.

The department’s faculty and staff, housed within one of the premier sports complexes in Kyiv, have established optimal conditions for students to fulfill their athletic potential. The sports complex features training halls, fitness gyms, a state-of-the-art swimming pool, and a multitude of sports clubs tailored to every preference.

Annually, the department’s lecturers organize a comprehensive university-wide spartakiad across sports disciplines popular among the student youth, alongside single-sport competitions for both students and the faculty and staff. Furthermore, they coach and prepare varsity teams in futsal, basketball, association football, volleyball, swimming, and other sports for municipal, national, and international competitions of various tiers.
